As part of keeping our service and standards to requirements, it is essential to provide information in order to treat all elements of work tasks clear. It is always important that once a job is complete and customers are asked to confirm that they are happy with the finish of every installation and will be asked to inspect work on completion before payment is made. We endeavor to adhere to manufacturers and suppliers instructions in regards to materials and parts fitted. When labor only works is requested it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct materials are obtained and checked on receiving goods for any faults/defects in order to keep projects on time and avoid delays.
When a job is completed and sealant has been used we always advise to leave this to cure for a minimum of 24 hours as standard practice. All documents and manufacturer’s instructions in regards to aftercare are always supplied together at the end of every job. In the event of neglect or ignoring advice is done so at the owner's risk and cost to rectify will become the client’s responsibility. We endeavor to ensure no such instances arise but believe this information is of importance to ensure a cost-effective, Reliable service is achieved on all transactions and work undertaken.
